Ecojoin Co., Ltd. was established on Sep.25, 2001 by members of the Korea Institute
of Technology with the know-how and R&D experiences in various fields on environment-friendly joining technology, to be a specialized company in SMT materials development and manufacturing.

For the first time in Korea, we have developed environ
ment-friendly solder products with Pb-free, nontoxic, no need of cleaning, and no-odor through our own efforts and technology.


Our R&D and manufacturing efforts are expanded to commercialize high quality solders that are applicable to fine-pitch
and multi-pin mount to pre-occupy Pb-free solder market and, in the end, to contribute to the development of electronics industry.
