Our Indonesia factory has the area of 80,
000 square feet and is furnished with state-of-the-art RF/IF and microwave manufacturing and engineering systems. We have SMD on-line system supporting plastic holding package, ceramic and SBL metal header assembly, furnished with epoxy die attaching, gap welding, wedge bonding, reflow soldering and high-temperature soldering capability. With 1,100 skilled workers, the factory operates 24 hours a day on the basis of three shifts per day.
