Jiangsu AGS-HAZHU Machinery Co., Ltd is a joint venture company established between Jiangsu Hongze HaiZhu cylinder liner Co., Ltd and AGS a. s. Czech Republic, situated near the bank of Hongze Lake, one of the five largest lakes in China, specializing in manufacturing cylinder liners of internal combustion engines. There are more than 1000 employees in the company. Among them, 120employees are technical personnel, 30 of them have medium or senior Professional titles. Equipped with advanced facilities, the company has introduced complete "OROVICE"and "LFING"automatic production lines from Europe, Germany. The main inspection and measuring instrument are imported, directly reading quantometer from Germany Taylor3-Dmeasuring instrument and roughness measuring instrument from England.
The company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification and gained works-approval certificates from Germany classification society (GL) Norway (DNY), England (LR) and China (CCS). Our products have stable markets with such OEM, first auto Wuxi Diesel engine plant, JiChai, WeiChai, ZhongshuiHaishi, ChangChai, Yangdon, Jiangdong, Lijia, Changner and etc. as our main Customers. Parts of our products are exported to more than 20 countries and districts in southeast & Asia, Europe and America, at produces by our company with an annual production capacity of 4 million liners. In recent years, plasma liners with surface coating and quenching unique technique have been developed, which in a leading position of same industry. Recently, European standard liners have been developed by our experts and Czech specialists, with European material chemical composition, European melting process, precisely machining with imported production lines and the accuracy can reach IT6, tensile strength and hardness is 50% higher than that of Ministry issued standard, wear-resistance is improved, service life is 1-3 times longer than boron liners, oil consumption is 35% lower and emission meets the requirement of Euro. hese liners are awarded as "iangsu Provincial hi-new technological products"
