Catch Processing. Fishing boats dock at our jetty and the fish is unloaded weighed, graded and processed immed
iately. We only process Tuna Loins and H&G or G&G  whole fish.

The loins are vacuum sealed in polythene bag
s, weighed labelled and packed in Polystyrene Boxes (19" x 17" x 15") with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around 30Kg per box.

The Whole Fish  average upwards of 25Kg and are processed and wrapped in a foam like material and pa
cked in Cardboard Boxes (61" x 18" x 14") with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around 115Kg per box.

The fish is
taken by boat to the nearby airport for despatch.

s registered with the European Union (EU registration# MDV 007). The facility maintains stringent requirements set by European Union directive complying with the EUs preventive Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)-based regulations/standards.

Clean and Green supply FROZEN skipjack tuna in commercial quantities up
wards of 1000 ton per month.

OR ...We can supply FRESH skipjack tuna in commercial quantities upwards of up to 100 ton
per day.
