Wenzhou Medical Machinery & Plastic Factory, founded in 1987, is a member of National Medical Instruments Association with a productive license for II and III medical instruments. Located in the east suburb of Wenzhou, nearby Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport, the dock and the railway station, it is surrounded by a very convenient transportation. In 1997, guided under the policy that "Develop China by applying scientific and technological advances", the factory walked on the road of factory technology, established a research institute so as to become an extroverted complex enterprise dealing with technology, industry, trade, production, supply and sales.

The brand "Jiheng" includes the following products: Blood-filtering nets for transfusion sets for single use (abbrev. Blood-filtering nets), Net-like fluid-filter for single use, containing an end filter for single use (abbrev. Fluid-filtering nets), Plasma-sampling and blood-sampling needle for single use (abbrev. Machinery plasma-sampling needle for special use), Foldable irrigator for women, Hole-measuring, aeration and bottle-insertion needle for single use, Centrifugal plasma separator for single use(connector of pressure monitor)(abbrev. Air-filter).

There are over 300 employees, among which technicians cover 6%, 4 professional inspectors with national and provincial training certifaicte, 4 with certificate of internal inspector. The factory has got the authentication of 2000 edition ISO9000 and 2003 edition ISO13485 and owns a complete set of inspection devices, full-automatic weaving machine a lakh-grade purificatory workshop, anti-infiltrating and over-filtering water supply device, computer-operated plastic injection machine.
