Up-to-date advanced equipments, professional technicians and skillful workers, strict ISO/TS16949 management system, enhance our capacity to 30,000 units per month. We dedicate to offering customers high quality products with lowest possible cost and prompt delivery.
Now, we have a wide range of more than 500 diverse products covering over 200 car makes & models. Our 20 professional technicians are capable of developing 10 new items per week to meet different customers? requirements.
Top priority is always given to quality control. We bear in mind that we manufacture first class items for customers. We are ISO/TS16949 certificate qualified. We implement and supervise complete manufacturing procedures conforming to the quality system to ensure that products are of high quality which meets requirements of automobile manufacturers and tuning enthusiasts.
High efficiency is what we consistently pursue. To promote efficiency and achieve prompt delivery, we imported and installed several advanced CNC equipments. There are CNC machining centers, CNC tube benders, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, CNC grinders etc. Generally, lead time is 30 days and new item development cycle is 15 days.
We put emphasis on lifelong training for technicians and devote ourselves to development and application of new technology.
Our products have been exported to all over the world, especially to countries and regions where automobile industry is developed, such as North America, EU, Japan, Australia etc. Due to high quality, competitive price and superb service, our items are warmly welcomed in the market and we are reputable among domestic and overseas customers.
