The A.Y.Zak Ltd Company specializes in two areas,
which complement one another:
a)Manufacture of injection moulds and chipping processing.
b)Injection of plastic produc
ts from a wide  range of materials.

It is located in the North Industrial zone of Ashkelon. Ashkelon is sit
uated 34 Km from the main sea port of Ashdod.

The company is divided into three departments:
a)Engineering, moulds
manufacture and chipping processing.
b)Injection products, assembling and storage.
c)Quality Control.

The co
mpany has ISO 9002 standard since 1997.

Engineering, moulds manufacture and chipping processing Department.

T
he department has new computerized equipment. Engineering arrangement is planning the moulds production in accordance with client? demands, and rendering the advice in line with the great experience, which has been gained by the enterprise.

Inje
ction products, assembling and storage Department.

The department uses computerized machines of different sizes, rangi
ng from 40 to 550 tons. All the machines are less than 5 years old.

Quality Control Department.

This departm
ent works during all working hours (24 hours continuously). The products are controlled both during the production process and during the packing (in accordance with the customer demands).

The company has an assembling line and can assemble and
package different kinds of products.

The company is a dynamic, with high technical capability, and gives a complete s
ervice to the customers: design of products, mould engineering, injection, assembling and packing.
