Hangzhou Dikai Industrial Fabrics, founded in 2002, is a private-run enterprise focusing on the production of tire cord fabric. It is located in Hangzhou, a scenic city in Zhejiang, China, with total investment of 450 million yuan and 40kt/yr capacity of nylon industrial filament and nylon dipped tire cord fabric.

spinning, drawing, twisting, weaving and dipping sectors.
