Beijing Valve MFG. Combine Co., Ltd., originally known as Beijing Valve General Plant, was founded in 1952. It has more than 50 years in valve manufacturing and is the key enterprise of former National Mechanical Department producing high and middle pressure valve and steam trap valve. And it is also the director member of National Valve Industry Association. Located in Panggezhuang Industrial Development Park, Daxing district, Beijing, the company covers 80 Mu. The company owns strong technical strength. Among all 362 employees, there are 8 senior engineers, 34 engineers and several members and correspondents of the National Standardization Committee.

The company mainly produces many types of high, middle and low pressure valves, all types of emergency shut valves used in LPG, and various kinds of valves used in oxygen pipes including 2918 specs and 518 series, such as steam trap valve, gate valve, check valve, low-pressure valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, API valve, etc. The working pressure of the valves is 1. 0 MPa4~2 MPa, Class150~3500Lb, and the temperature is about 196centigrade to 550 centigrade The valves are made from iron, carbon steel alloy iron, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and can be classified into such kinds as manual, gear actuated, electric, pneumatic and automatic according to operation method. All these main products of the company strictly follow the domestic and foreign standards including GB, API, ANSI, JIS, DIN and BS, etc. Besides the part of exporting, our products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, chemical fiber, infrastructure construction, electricity, water plants and many other industries.

The company has excellent manufacturing and detecting devices including 104 general devices and 20 numerical-controlled machine tools. Also, its self-contained performance detecting manner can test all the performance indices of steam trap valves and many other kinds of valves. The excellent physical-chemical measuring devices guarantee the correct quantity transfer and the veracity of the chemical elements of the selected metal materials.

The company has a valve research institute engaged in the research and development of new product, new technology and new techniques. Besides more than 10, 000 technical books and 2, 000 standard books, the company also has general valve research office, steam traps research office, technical standard office and technical document office. The research institute has taken part in setting up valve related standards, organizing academic research, technical communications and many other activities.
