Wuxi Yinyang Motor Factory is one of the earliest manufacturers that develop permanent magnetic brush-less DC machines in China. It is specialized in producing reliable and mature Yinyang brand ZCD series high efficient rare-earth permanent magnetic brush-less gearless DC hub electro-motors, which are the ideal actuating motors for electro-motor bicycles.
The products of our factory have the advantages of scientific and reasonable design, advanced and reliable techniques, complete and strict testing measures and whole process quality control. Tested with the motor bicycle driven by our products by the Transportation Research Institute of the Public Security Ministry, the various technical indexes of our products have reached the domestic advanced level. In 1997, the State Patent Bureau awarded our products with the patent no. ZL 97237086.2. They were recognized as Hi-tech product by Jiangsu Science & Technology Committee in 1998 and were authorized as national key and new products by the five ministries.
The products of our factory mainly consist of brush-less DC motor, intelligent controller and non-step timing handlebar, which form the power and control system of motor bicycles. The motor has internal stator out rotor brush-less structure, shell of high-strength aluminum alloy, high performance Nd iron boron permanent magnetic shoe. The motor shaft adopts quality structural steel refined by heat treatment, which can be frequently broken or speed-adjusted with a certain waterproof function. The controller adopts intelligent computer software with key components imported from abroad which has the functions of under voltage protection, over loading current limiting protection, power break on braking, battery stock display, speed display, etc. It also has the options of start-up methods and display options of common type and deluxe liquid crystal type. The whole system has the advantages of small volume, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low power consumption, multi-function, noise-free, long travel for one-time-charging, reliable and stable performance, etc. It enjoys high reputation from domestic and foreign customers.
