In 1979, the Company's managers transferred to and worked for the Taiwan Pigeon a joint venture formed by Holy Industries Limited and a Japanese firm, Tokyo Pigeon. Tri-honor Limited Company was incorporated in 1987 under the Hong Kong Company Ordinance and is a member of the Vernco Group Limited which was incorporated in British Virgin Islands.
The Company's manufacturing operation commenced in 1989 with the establishment of Chungtse Electronic Factory in Shenzhen City, People Republic of China, mainly producing and assembling cassette tape deck mechanisms used in cassette recorders.
In 1992, Lihtse Limited has diversified its business into motor vehicle engine production. To cope with the business development, at the end of 1999, Tontse Industrial Company Limited was merged with Ngai Lik Industrial Holdings Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
