We are the manufacturer for Phosphoric Acid,Phosphate in Sichuan, China.
We developd the new product: Ultra-Pure Phosphoric Acid (electronic grade), for IC & TFT-LCD use, as the etchant, cleaning agent and doping agent.
We also produce FOOD GRADE phosphoric acid and phosphate,such as STPP, SHMP,SPP,SAPP,PMP etc.
Certification and Recognition:
We became the first ISO9002 certified phosphate salts manufacturer in Sichuan Province in Oct. 1998.
We was granted self-support import/export right in July 1999.
We became registered to ISO9001(2000) norm in Oct. 2001.
We passed IQNE, STAK-K KOSHER and HALAL certification in 2002
We passed HACCP validation and Sanitation Licence in Oct. 2006
