The Company was established in 1993 and is part of  a Hong Kong based Co. Upgrade (HK) Ltd. Since its incorporation the co. has undergone rapid expansion, and is now operational in 5 countries including Hong Kong, Dubai, Nigeria, Amsterdam and India. Over the last 5 years the group has registered impressive annual growth by achieving sales turnover of US$ 120 Million and has emerged as an important Global IT Distributor. Our Sales target of US$160Million is on target to be achieved by the end of 2006.
