XingYi Screw Manufacturing Co., Ltd. grew out of Ningbo Zhenhai Yongli Heat Treatment Factory which was founded in 1989 and specialized in metal heat treatment and metal surface treatment. It changed its name as Ningbo Zhenhai Xingyi Fastening Parts Co., Ltd.
By the great efforts of more than ten years, it has developed a private-owned enterprise with complete process including fasteners manufacturing, heat treatment, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing and test centre. Also it's the only one with complete process in Ningbo Area. It has been the member of China Fastener Association. Heat treatment Association, steel structure Association and zinc plating Association.
Our Screw Factory mainly produces the external hexagonal bolt (M16 ~ M64?0mm ~ not limit to Level 4.8 ~ Level 12.9) and internal hexagonal bolt (M16 ~ M48?0 ~ 900mm, level 8.8 ~ level 12.9) with ANSI, BS, DIN, GB, JIS Standard etc. The monthly output is about 1500 tons.
