We are a professional provider of natural plant active ingredients for medical, health food and cosmetics applications. And we have got the certifications including: GMP, IP, KOSHER. And we have a professional Lab to research and develop new project for our customer.
Now we want find some long-term and trustful co-operator for the future, I hope what we can provide will meet your requirements and now our products including: Soybean Extract, Citrus Aurantium Extract, Pomegranate Extract, Fenugreek Extract, etc. And we can provide ODM or co-operate to develop new ingredient for our customer.
Product: We can provide different palnt/herb extract products, the main products of Wagott's including: Rosavine, Salidroside, 5-HTP, Icariin/Icariins, Synephrine, Soy isoflavone, Citrus flavone, 4-HLI, Ellagic acid, Osthole, Ginkgo P. E., Green tea P. E. Etc.
Service: We can provide OEM service to our clients.
Quality control system: We strictly operate under the GMP system, every batch of products can be traced from the raw materials to finished products, and all the workers are hired from the vocational schools and well trained before they starting work.
QA: Our QA team supervises the materials since the incoming and each process in the workshop.
QC: Our QC team checks the quality index of the raw material, half finished products and finished products for each batch.
Research & development: We have a professional lab for R&D equipped with advanced equipment and the team is working on selection of biological active ingredients, formulation of product standards, process optimization, pilot experiment production, sample preparation, establishment of standard analysis methods, and new drug R&D.
Capacity: We have 4 workshops including 1 pilot workshop, 3 workshops for extraction, separation, adsorption, chromatography and low temperature workshop for crystal producing, purification. We possess a 900 square-meter Class 100, 000 clean zone. Totally about 100 workers are working in the factory and divided into 3 shifts.
Social responsibility: Workers: Our company strictly abide the law in China, we will not use child labor obligate them, all the payment will be on time.
Wastewater process system: Based on the law and regulation of environment protecting, we invest to establish a wastewater process system.
