So far Jinzhong Electronics has the fixed assets of 80 million RMB, workshop area of 11,000 square meters and 1000 employees. The company has advanced manufacture equipment. An antistatic dustless centre air-condition SMT workshop houses ten automatic SMT production lines (four lead-free lines), can place different specification components, xxxxx, 0402, 0201 etc., and various IC encapsulation (QFP/CSP/BGA ), average capacity reaches 5 million points. A DIP (Dual in-line package) workshop houses seven lines (four lead-free lines ), can complete single and double surface PCB board soldering, testing and assembling etc., average capacity reaches 4 million points. An assembly workshop houses four lines which are engaged in various electronics pats, such as hardware, plastic assembly including test, package and testing etc. Also the company has an aging workshop which can test electronic products stability under different temperature.
