We have high speed CNC Machines, precise Wire cutting and EDM Machines, CMMs and Hardness tester in house. We can offer 2D/3D mould design and MoldFlow analysis. Our staffs are very good at English and there is no problem to communicate in English even for technical terms. They will manage your projects wholly for every process.

On Tai Mould is specialized in building moulds with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, collapsible core and automatic unscrewing actions. Our steel are from U. S. A, Germany and Sweden. We use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO and etc. Every year we produce about 100 hot runner system tools with DME, INCOE, Mold Master, HUSKY, Mastip, Synventive and Yudo systems. We will offer COC for all steel, mouldbase and mould standard parts. We got certificate of ISO9001 & 2000.
