Authorized  by National  Press and Publication Administration, Longma Optical Technology Co. , Guangdong is a Hi-tech enterprise jointly established by Optical Memory National E. R. C. (OMNERC) Tsinghua University, Guangdong Technical Transformation Investment Corp and Longma Electric Industry Corp Guangdong. With the headquarter located in Guangzhou, Longma has two Production Bases, one in Guangzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone, and  the other, in Puning city. Being engaged in the development and production of Hi-tech products for optical information storage, it is one of the top domestic manufacturers of CD-R used CD in China as well as the research Base of Tsinghua OMNERC.
