The head office  locate at  The World Trade Center ,117#Gulou South Street  Chengdu Sichuan . the old name is " Lezhi county feedstuff bone meal factory " , It got the right of export in 1998 , then  changed the name "Sichuan Quanming Fertilizer Co.,Ltd."   moreover ,  ISO 9001(2000)  quality   managemeng system was passed  in Dec,2003. and it built  a fertilizer   subsidiary  factory  in Lianyungang in Feb,2004.
