These are based on spot buys as and when available. We may be able to secure regular shipments of these over a period of time. Loose chunks can be a mixed bag, but not necessarily all, of

1) Remelt Mixture (Mixture of N High, P & N Low and FZ).

2) Pot scrap mix with Quartz (Mixture of N High, P & N Low, Arsenic and Antimony)

3) Broken wafer mix.

4) Pot scrap Small Pieces Mix with Quartz (Piece size range: 5 to 20mm+/-)



Typical delivery is 6-8 weeks upon order for

first shipment.



We can provide their specs, and we will provide a certification to every crate order.
