Xinlun Hat Industrial (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.

Xinlun was established as a manufacturing plant by Tide Group on 1996. And Tide Group was founded on 1963 in Taiwan. Xinlun is located in Kunshan, a city next Shanghai. The factory owns a large format of construction site, which is able to tolerate 200 employees at same time.

The main products of the company are knitting, thermal hat, and straw hats.

Thermal hat is what Xinlun specializes in. The Thermal hat is foldable, and shape-insisted; moreover, it is ideal for travel because of its strength of flexibility. And the primary materials adapted are cotton, wool, mohair, acrylic, Angora, Cashmere, Alpaca, UV protected, anti bacterial, sweat absorbable and other fancy yarn, and the machines used in manufacturing included flat-machine (from the gage of 1. 5, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 12), fully computerized German stoll machine, and circle jacquard machine. Xinlun has targeted the market of North America, Europe, Australia, Japan and some other countries, and it has established business relationship with a few famous international brands, such as GAP, AMANI, LIZ, The BAY, and DKNY in the past few years. Recently, Xinlun has achieved the standard that is demanded by the above companies. Apart from that, Xinlun has already earned its reputation in the headwear business among the world.
