Kingboard (Fogang) Special Resin Co., Ltd. is a large scale chemical corporation invested by Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited, and the construction started in 2003. It is now the production base of triplex glass used PVB resin and film for the Group in China. Its scale of production and technical standard is among the top in China. The company develops its own technical skills which are protected by intellectual property rights. The facilities used in the production lines and the automated testing and control system are all provided by world renowned professional suppliers. Reliability is guaranteed. Kingboard Chemical Holdings Ltd. ('Kingboard Chemical') is one of the world's largest laminates manufacturer. In 1993, Kingboard Chemical was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings Limited, the Group's subsidiary, was spun off for a separate listing on The Singapore Stock Exchange in December 1999. In November 2004, the Group successfully acquired Elec & Eltek International Holdings Limited as part of a strategic expansion plan.
