Changlong Foundry Company Limited located in Hengshui City, Hebei Prov, is a special works in specilizing in ductile iron casting,grey iron casting,investment steel casting. Its fixed assets is RMB 26,000,000. covering 4 ha.He has staffs of 280;2 senior engineers; 8technicians; 8 administrator of them.

The producing of ductile iron castings used the sand casting process. We used the modern advanced foundry technology as machine moulding(24 sets of molding machine), machine coring (2 sets of coated sand shell core machine and 2 sets of auto core shooter machine), electric furnace smelting(6 sets of electric furnace)etc, with completely equipment. The annual out-put of casting is 5000 metric ton.

The producing of precision steel castings used the lost-wax casting technology, The workshop is equip-ped with mixing-wax machine, auto injection-wax machine, intermediate-frequency electric induction fur-nace, roaster, heat treatment stove, wheel blasting machine etc advanced producing equipment. We could produce many kinds of high-quality precision steel casting,the annual out-put is 800 metric ton.

We have centre lab with advanced analysis and testing equipments and instrumentssuch as 1set of 600KN muti-functional material testing machine, 1 set of hardness tester and 2 sets of speedy analyzer tester in front of electric furance. steady quality, high overall yield of casting. The products is exported to England,Germany, Japan, America, Spain etc countries.

Since founded in March 1993, we are holding the Foundry Spirit of Constantly improving the quality of cast-ings and perfecting it continuously. Our casting target is that the castings is not long than 1decimillimetre and not short 1cntimillimetre compared with the design drawing.
