The Tong Yang Group was jointly established by Chairman Mrs. Chiou- ju Lin and several outstanding entrepreneurs under the support of the MOEA (Ministry of Economic Affairs), SMEA (Small and Medium Enterprise Administration), and the Tainan County Government.
In January of 2004, the Tong Yang Group officially stationed itself in the Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park and has been planning for R&D and manufacturing in a standard factory.
