Company Description
Our company, Alcopack Agria Ltd. is based in Eger (Hungary). The company has manufactured Agria label punching machines since 1997.
Briefly, the way this machine operates is a hydraulic press that pushes the square-cut product (e.g. a label) through an optional shaped die (knife).
The hydraulic die-cutting technology allowed us to form products such as labels, brochures, into any shape, even A/4 size.
Agria die cutting machines are different from any other brand (Busch, Blumer, Lombardi, etc):
Agria machines offer the following advantages:
1. it is only 1 minute to set the new job (changing the die, fine tuning), so the loss of the production is minimal
2. for changing and tuning the die you do not need to use handtools
3. a handicapped or non-skilled worker is able to change the die and operate the machine.
4. it does not need expertise
There are two models of the Agria machines, the difference is between the largest area you can die-cut. With the model Agria 200 CE a size of 7,9 x 7,9 inch (200 x 200 mm) could be die-cut maximum, with model Agria 300 CE a size of 11,8 x 11,8 inch (300 x 300 mm) could be cut maximum.
