Company Description

Airseal Africa Ltd is based in Nairobi Kenya, East AFrica. We distribute an American manufactured product known as Airseal Tiremilk. Airseal Tiremilk is an effective sealant that seals punctures immediately as they occur throughout the tire's normal tread life. Manufactured and developed in the United States of America following intensive
research, it is the puncture sealant of choice the world over.
Tiremilk is inserted into the tyre through the valve stem. As the vehicle is driven, the starting, stopping, the wheel rotation, turning etc will gradually move the sealant around the tread area, sidewalls and the entire air cavity of the tyre forming a coat over all the areas. Once the initial driving period has been attained (5 to 8km), Tiremilk will be thoroughly distributed throughout the entire inner surface of the tyre/wheel assembly. Tiremilk lays a thin coating that has the ability to remain suspended on to the
tyre/rim assembly's entire inner air cavity. The reserve (approximately 20% of the installed amount) is extra Tiremilk that will shift/move. Only the reserve will settle to the bottom of the tyre when the vehicle
stops. The reserve constantly redistributes as the tyre rotates, thereby continually providing an even coating. Each time a puncture occurs; a small amount of reserve is used. The reserve ensures that puncture
after puncture will continue to be repaired over the tyres normal life.
Tiremilk contains ThixogelTM the proprietary attribute that prevents Tiremilk's formulation from separating and/or migrating to the tread area. (Thix-o-gelTM is a process not found in any other tyre sealant). Thix-o-gelTM allows Tiremilk to cling to the inner sidewalls and the entire inner surface of aproperly balanced and true (round) tyre/rim. The centrifugal force that is created within a high-speed tyre actually stretches the Thix-o-gelTM much like a rubber band; however, it will not pull the Tiremilk off the inner surface of a properly balanced tyre/rim.
