has adopted general manager responsibilities under the leadership of Board of
Directors and operation system of parent and subsidiary companies. Under our
Group, there are five companies: Haian Building Material Equipment Co., Ltd.,
Electronics Co., Foundry Co., Architecture & Installation Co., and Modern
Building Materials Co. Under the Leadership of President, Pengfei people have
made great achievements one after another and Pengfei Group has been expanded
greatly.
Now, our Group owns RMB 200 million of fixed assets and more than 800 staff
members, of whom 30% are senior and junior engineers and technicians. Our firm
covers an area of 150,000sqm, with strong technical capability, super fine
process equipment and varieties of inspection measures. Our firm has great

for X18, X519, Son La, and Lang Son Cement Factories in Vietnam; Triple A,
Thayet, Tiger Head, and King Elephant Cement Plants in the Union of Myanmar;
Dzhi Cement Co., Ltd. in Nanjing; Chunchi Cement Co. in Fujian; and Guijishan
Cement Co., Ltd. in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. All projects have been widely
praised by the international and domestic customers.
