business of shredding of tyres and producing Tire Derived Fuel (TDF) as
well as into recycling business.

It
is fact that fuel prices are going up at a record pace. Coal, gas and oil
prices are on the rise along with their delivery costs. It is estimated that
progressive cement manufacturers started in the late 70's to look at
alternative fuels, primarily pump-able liquids, to offset their fuel costs.

Today
companies are turning to the use of alternative fuels to both minimize their
fuel cost (Coal and Gas) but also to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
With the use of renewable resources, the environment also benefit through the
savings of millions of tons of coal and gas that would otherwise be consumed.
