We are pleased to introduce our Company as a leading word-wide manufacturer of wire drawing machinery and accessories for the steel wire industry
BEST MACHINERY has been founded by a group of all former managers in the respective fields of specialisation, of a world-wide well known company (Team Meccanica), producing wire drawing machinery and equipment, and all with a thirty years experience in this field.
Making good use of the professional seriousness and the detailed knowledge of the technology, BEST MACHINERY has had a surprising development, which has brought an average increase in turnover of about 20 % per annum and a leading position on the international market.
The total staff is of 30 people, including office and assembling shop.
The design department works exclusively with C.A.D. systems .
About the machining of mechanical parts, we work 100 % with external suppliers, which are highly specialised and produce on our project. While we keep inside our structure the delicate operations of quality control, assembling and testing.
Our manufacture programme includes:
- Dry and wet wire drawing machines for steel
- Static and rotary pay-off from spools and coils
- Spoolers
- Coilers
- Pay-off & take-up multiple-wire units, both on spools and coils, for
the chemical, electro-chemical and heat treatment of the wires.
- Rod preparation and cleaning plants
- Automatic handling and packing machines
Main fields of our specialisation are:
- Stainless steel wires
- Steel cord, bead wire, hose wire
- Galvanised wires
- P.C. Strand & P.C. Wire
- Welding wires, electrodes, flux-cored wires
- Rope wires
- Spring wires
- General purpose high/low carbon wires
Our machines, according the BEST MACHINERY concept of reliable products, requiring minimum maintenance, working thousands of hours without the necessity of servicing by us and with full satisfaction of our customers, which is demonstrated by the continuous repeat orders.
In the same time BEST MACHINERY has grown in dimension and experience, and it has now a structure organised to service HI-TEC Customers of USA and Europe.
