Technologies started as a university spin-off created to address the need for
high-level engineering tools for universities and industry. Through our
extensive research experience we have developed a series of training and
workshops which are popular among both industry and academia. We continue to
provide products, training programs and consultation services, and we are still
a proud supporter of the University Science Malaysia. We firmly believe that in
a globally competitive market the only way to insure future prosperity is
through industry—university collaborations which help bring leading edge
technologies to market quickly.

Founded in 2008, Focus Applied Technologies Sdn.
Bhd. (Co. No. 808620-V) was
formed as a technology spin-off partner of the University Science Malaysia
associated with the USM Engines Laboratory. We are located in Kedah, Malaysia
on a 2.5 acre lot at 1174 Jalan Hutan Lipur, Sg. Kecil Hilir, Nibong Tebal,
Penang. As of 2009 we have already outgrown our initial structure and have
begun work on a much larger building at the same location.

 Our customer base
has grown out of the initial university related contacts to the international
market. We are currently involved in projects in India, the Philippians,
Thailand and Taiwan. Our goal is to leverage off of the domestic strengths and
resources of Malaysia to advantageously take on the global market.

 Our international
work consists of vehicle usage pattern measurements, fuel consumption and
emissions analysis as well as the implementation of technologies to reduce the
emissions and fuel consumption from vehicular sources. We also work with the
UN  Climate Change
Commission on similar issues from the legislative/regulatory end.
