Whistler Fitness Vacations

We provide award-winning beginner fitness programming, lifestyle coaching, holistic nutrition and amazing outdoor adventures. Each day, our weight loss camp schedule is packed with low-impact, high intensity activities. There are up to three beginner paces per guided cardio session, with no more than four guests per cardio tour.
