of textile, garment, and so on. Our company located in PUXI district Shanghai city, east of China. It is very close to the Chinese famous textile manufacturer bases, which are about 100-200km far from Shanghai.

1. The dyed fabric factories have 180 rapier looms. They can produce 5 million yards all kinds of dyed fa
brics per year. They will increase 60 TOYOTA looms in Sep. this year. The factories dyed fabric with corn dyeing. The biggest vat can be contented 4000kg and 2 vats with 2500kg, 3 vats with 1500kg, 4 vats with 1000kg, 6 vats with 800kg; 8 vats with 500kg. Total annual of productions are 12,600 tons.
2. Solid fabric factories use continuous dyeing method. The productions incl
uding cotton, spandex cotton, CVC, T/C, T/R etc. And total annual capacities are 36,000,000 yards, thereinto T/R two way span with vat dyeing.
3. Corduroy fabrics are made in Changzhou and velveteen fabrics are made in Jiangyin.
4. 100% polyeste
r solid fabrics are in Suzhou, the factories in Suzhou are good at dyeing, printing, bounding etc.
5. Jeans fabrics are als
o made in Changzhou, we have 4-5 factories to produce jeans fabrics.
6. Garment, knitted and woven fabrics are made in Ping
hu. Changshu, Jiangyin manufacturer bases.
