Auckland B&B offers three sunny rooms. One double room with ensuite shower & wc, one triple be
droom with ensuite shower & wc and one single room with shared bathroom and toilet. We try our hardest to provide our customers with the best possible facilities in the room that no others can beat in Auckland.Rooms have TV, phone, DSL, laptop and desk.

d  the room is in a lovely Victorian style fully fenced front and rear garden 2 storey cottage.Nice quiet area with friendly neighbours,Fully alarmed,Large backyard with BBQ area,Close to shops, bars and restaurants,nearby bus stop and Marina Ferry Service to Auckland ,Off-street parking, stroll to beach and Half Moon Bay marina East Auckland.

We provide heat
er,Tea/Coffee making facilities,electric blankets, pillows,quilts,  bath & hand towels free of charge.

Weekl
y rent NZ$200 covers free use of laptop, mini-fridge in the room
/pwr/gas/wtr/seperate ph/ free broadband internet line /pa
rking/lawns as well as free use of kitchen, living room and laundry. It includes everything except meal.

There is also
free use of the WebCam with instant messaging in your
room where you can talk and see your family and friends from all ove
r the world.
