m 100% hand picked virgin cotton.  There is
no waste or recycled fiber added to our mix.  Hand picking
the cotton
reduces fiber damage and eliminates most of the trash that you would
experience with mechanically harvested
cotton.  We are certain that
you will find our yarns to be among the cleanest and strongest in the
industry.&
nbsp; One of our jacquard upholstery fabrics weaving customers
runs 20/2 KP OE in both the weft and warp direction at
speeds
exceeding 530 picks per minute.

Our Vendor's open end spinning mill is capable of producing 4/1 KP OE
u
p to 36/2 KP OE cotton yarn.  With recent capital investments in new
state of the art precision winding equipment
we can now supply these
counts on paper cones, dye tubes, or Crellin dye springs.

Additionally, Viscose, Acrylic,
Tencel and Polyester yarns are
available at extremely competitive prices.
