Ryu Chung Hyun Mushroom

Eleven years have passed since my first cultivation of mushrooms. Looking back, I recollect my first encounter with Sanghwang mushrooms, which triggered my curiosity and were the source of all my passion and endeavor during my youth. The encounter led me to reconsider what is the meaning of a healthy life and to draw a lesson that we have to cherish transient moments.

Since then, I had a chance to meet various mushrooms such as Caterpillar Killer (Cordyceps militaris
), Chaga mushroom (Inonotus Obliquus), Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis), etc. I came to learn how to appreciate mountains, trees, and clean water and air.

Also, researching the pine mushroom (Tricholoma matsutak
e), I came to know about being humble while learning about indefinite hope rooted in continuous efforts.  


Out of the truth that:
Mushroom is my life.
Mushroom is my teacher.
Mushroom is my dream.

I will use my
best endeavors to grow my farm to be beloved and recognized by many people. I will always do my best to produce the best-quality mushrooms with all the devotion and love I possess as I would do for my family.
