CRYOSYS group is one of the forerunners in china which developed and hence applied gas bearings to gas turbine expanders.

As a key part of cryogenic equipment, turbine expanders are pushed by high pressured gas and apply work, after being expanded gas gets low pressure and temperature. Gas bearing is a key part of gas bearing turbine expander. With more than ten year's experience on design and application of gas bearing turbine, CRYOSYS group is specialized in trubine with low gas loss and high efficiency, especially in aerospace field. We developed a turnkey-style gas turbine expander with long life and no maintenance. We were honored Second level Prize, S&T Award of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Third Level Prize, National S&T Award of China. Our products are mainly applied to gas refrigeration, liquefaction and separation.
Our gas turbine expanders have been applied to many oxygen plants (from 50Nm3/h to 3200Nm3/h), nitrogen plants, tail gas recovery in chemistry industry and national gas liquefaction. We also design special turbine expanders as per your unique requirements, or for other gas. The biggest turbine expander we supplied has a 150mm diameter running wheel, speeding 30, 000 rpm, with 0. 4MPa externally pressure gas.
We have experience in liquefaction, separation and recovery of oxygen, nitrogen, air, helium gas, natural gas, coal seam gas and various chemical tail gas.
