I can offer USED RAIL CIF ASWP  for 30,000 M
T (12 month contract).  The origin is Ukrainian.  The buyer must provide an LOI and BCL to proceed forward; and the seller is permitting a yard visit after the contract and before the L/C is opened (check the procedures in the sample FCO).  However, consider the sample FCO to be true and accurate, and the sample FCO provided will be the actual FCO once the transaction moves forward.

The desired, favored payment term will be an Irrevocable, Transferable Letter of C
redit (check the procedures in the attached document above).
