UKRAGROINVEST

Ukragroinvest Ltd. is a manufacturing company. Since October, 2003, Ukragroinvest Ltd is the owner of CJSC "Lannovskiy Milk Canning Plant", which is one of the biggest producers of canned milk. Its planned production capacity is 48 millions of tins per year.

Lannovskiy Milk Canning Plant was founded in 1957 and was public enterprise till 1994. In June, 1994 it was transformed into Close Joint Stock Company "Lannovskiy Milk Canning Plant". Changes of owners at enterprise in course of few years, general crisis and unstable economic situation in the country resulted in complete decay of the Plant.

During the past year Ukragroinvest company obtained really significant results. Substantial funds were invested in renewal of manufacturing equipment, reconstruction of shops and production sections; application of new technologies in manufacturing.

By the end of 2004 Year productivity of canning shop reached 3.5 mln tins per month. This figure is six times higher compared to the moment of the plant purchase.

Currently CJSC "Lannovskiy Milk Canning Plant" belongs to three leading milk canning plants of Ukraine.
