We, Drive Craft
& Technology Inc. is an one billion RMB invested alloy wheel plant located in Ningbo City, China. We build and designed this new plant strictly as the standard of OEM supplier for the top international auto makers. Our machines on the production line are wholly imported: the Counter Pressure Casting machines are imported from the sole manufacturer of counter pressure casting machine in world—CPC USA Inc., and CPC USA Inc. is also one of our three shareholders, this would enhance our technique strength. The X-ray machines can inspect the inner part of the wheel, to detect if there is any gas holes in it, and they are from Grohmann Technologies, Germany. The heat-treatment line is imported from France. All of the precision CNC machines are imported from Daweo Inc., South Korea. Finally, the painting line are imported from Japan. We deeply understand the good quality are finally resulted from the talented people, but not only the machines; so we have recruited a lot of experienced and renowned experts and engineers in this industry to enhance the spot management.
The Future Perspective
We have just imported s
ome rotary forging machines from Japan, and we are able to supply this high-end forged alloy wheels very soon.. compared with casting wheels, the forging wheels weigh much less but stronger.
In the year of 2009, we have
plans to make good quality tyres, when we finished this project, we can supply our customers the alloy wheels mount with the tyres! No doubt this would benefit our customers a lot: it can make full use of the container room, save the shipping cost; it helps to eliminate the scrap found at customer?s end both for wheels and tyres, because they are mounted and tested before delivery; cut down the customers? supply chain and therefore cut down the supply chain management and communication cost.
