Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional company integrating prodcts’ design
and  research, production and sale in a
whole. Our main products are anti-hydrogen and anti–sulfur fittings, alloy
heavy all fittings with high pressure, stainless steel heavy wall fittings with
high pressure, bimetal fittings and other regular fittings, flanges .

   We have ISO 9001 quality system and we are
the registered company of pressure pipeline. We cooperate with many famous
design institute and have a steady supply relations with many famous company,
such as Sinopec Engineering incorporation (SEI), Sinopec Luoyang engineering
Co., Ltd CNPC Sichuan Natural gas design institute, CNPC Xi’an pipe research
institute, Huadong Engineering Corporation, China Huanqiu Constructing &
Engineering Corporation, CPE, Tianchen Engineering Corporation and so on. We
have accumulated  experience on the environment
used for fittings, selection of materials, wall thickness design, strength test,
anti-corrosion research, section analysis fittings on different location. So
control step fitting manufacture according to different material of fittings,
to ensure safety factor and  life of
products.

Our raw materials
are purchased from qualified factories, our main suppliers are: Bao steel (specialized
in molybdenum steel, stainless steel and X-pipeline steel); Tianjin Steel
Panzhihua Steel（specialized in anti-sulfur pipe and boiler
steel）,Wu Steel and Xiang Steel Specialized in
thick steel plate in alloy steel, and X class Stainless steel and high alloy
steel directly from the following factories : Japan's umitomo\JFE、Italy IBF\Da Ming\ ui mill, Spain TR\ Spit the Essex, Germany  Sweden Sandvik, etc . Anti-corrosion
and anti sulfur fittings  20N1 20G anti HIC  L360QCS A333Gr6 Anti HIC used the coal
chemical industry and sulfide gas field development project construction,  850 tons stock of anti-sulfur raw materials
supplied by Tianjin Steel and Bao Steel, Cheng steel which can meet the market
demand and the delivery requirements. So we can meet the anti-sulfur and
anti-hydrogen fittings needs. We also have 380 tons stock of imported high
pressure pipe of Sumitomo A312TP321 , A335P91, P11 produced by JFE etc so we
can also meet the urgent need of high pressure fittings.

Ties Our company
is well equipped with inspection to ensure the quality of products, the
capacity of the biggest press is 6000 tons press designed and made by Tianjin
Forged and Press factory; 2500 tons and 1500 tons press: large extrusion
machine with DN1500 and 1000; big plate bending machine which can bend the SS,
CS and alloy steel plate of 100mm max. thick; 
4 sets of gas heating furnace. The company is qualified to manufacture
different kind of fittings including straight tee, bend, reducer, lateral tee,
etc. based on different kinds of standards including ASTM, API, MSS, EU
etc. 

In order to assure the products’ quality we
carry out a special quality control system which called
6δquality management system to focus on customers, based on improving
quality of products and use the technological analysis of facts and numerical
value to promote and improve products quality, by the strict quality manual we
control the products quality in every step of the manufacturing process. our
company take the quality as the life of the company and meeting the customer’s
requirements as our first target. Now we have 5 senior engineers, 45 experienced engineers and a
group of experienced inspection individuals, to guarantee quality of the products
in production process so as to reach 100% acceptance of products.
