Our scope of work:

Coordination of Pre –Tendering / Bidding Process

We at AASHRY ENERGY help our Principles’ with the tedious process of tendering, bidding and executing of contracts in India.

• Project Creation / Promotion: We keep track and preconceive various probable projects/products in line with periodic developments in the INDUSTRIAL sector, whether they are from the Government or from the corporate world.


• Project Promotion & Pre-tender Stage: We collect information and provide updates about the forthcoming business inquiry and carry out the necessary groundwork before participation in bidding process.

PARTICIPATION IN BIDDING PROCESS

We purchase tender documents and attend the pre bid conferences on behalf of our principles. Our experts help our principles to prepare technically suitable and commercially competitive offers by taking quotes from local suppliers/contractors or by making Joint Venture with local companies/vendors as required.

We also provide status reports on competitors’ activities and provide bid related technical and commercial clarifications. We conduct relevant Contract negotiations; provide legal inputs and finalize terms & conditions under consent and coordination of our principle.

POST EXECUTION

Through our regular follow ups we ensure timely payments from the customer and provide expert advice on taxation and other legal compliances.

MARKETING

We undertake long-term / short-term marketing of products & services. We arrange technical presentations and site demonstrations to various potential customers as well as we also organize participation in various seminars & trade fairs and may also conduct other promotional activities as required.
