products such as vacuum components and also designing and producing vacuum
systems. It built a company annex research institute in Korea research
Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) approved by Korean government. And
it is equipped with autonomous capacity for designing/processing/assembling, so

support from the vacuum center of KRISS, and it is considered to have
