We are a NDT Firm. We provide following services:

1. Thickness Gauging by Ultrasonic method. We are approved by ClassNK, BV, RINA & DS Shipping of Bangladesh. We measure thickness of ship and report complying class requirement. We use relevant software for reporting. We also provide industrial Thickness gauging. We have both traditional equipment and trough coat equipment. By trough coat equipment, we can measure thickness of metal without removing paint coating.

2. Welding Test by UT, RT, DPT & MT methods.  Ultrasonic test can reveal all the surface and inside defects with access from one side. RT also can detect all surface and inside defects, but require access from both side. For RT we usually use Gamma ray. It is hazardous, but we take sufficient precaution. DPT can reveal all surface flaws. MT can reveal all surface and subsurface flaws.

3. Welding Inspection by AWS CWI

4. Paint Coating Measurement.

5. Shaft, Propeller, Engine Liner, Crank Shaft Testing by DPT & MT method.

6. Destructive tests such as a) Bend test b) Tensile test, c) hardness test, etc.

7. Welding procedure preparation, WPS and welder qualification.

8. NDT scheme preparation

We provide services in Chittagong, Dhaka, Mongla, Khulna & Narayangonj.

Our operators are Level II and Level III qualified. Our equipments are reqularly calibrated by competent person.
