PJP Rubber

PJP Rubber supplies English made to order recycled rubber mats & slabs.

ALL mats are One metre square in various thicknesses from 20mm to 80mm.

PJP Rubber's main product is our own perfected design of full bedding system slabs for use in horse stables and animal enclosures.

The slabs are normally standard Black in colour, made from 100% recycled truck tyre rubber.

The stable slabs are 45mm thick and have 144# 20mm deep circular honycombe feet on the underside to allow drainage and air flow.

No other bedding is required with these specially designed slabs, but a small 'bank' of material can be used arround the edges if required.

30mm thick mats can be used for walkways & transporter floors.

20mm thick mats for stable wall protection.

Thicker mats are used for vet 'knock down' boxes.

The other mats we supply have many uses, some examples include, safety play area's, playgrounds, pathways, flat roof area's, climbing wall fall mats, swimming pool surrounds, factory applications, etc. The list is endless.

Again all these mats are One metre square, various thicknesses from 20mm to 80mm, available in Black, dyed SBR in Grass Green or Brick Red, fleck colour mats, EPDM black rubber, EPDM full colour topped mats, or EPDM fleck colour mats. EPDM is available in various colours.

All mats are easy to cut to size or shape, just like large carpet tiles, with either a sharp knife or electric jig saw, and laid butted together.

Adhesive in 310ml tubes is available if the mats need to be stuck down.

Mats are self draining and non-slip.

Single edge or corner ramp mats available (not 20mm)

Coloured inserts in many designs and games can be moulded into the mats.
