Mangat Plastic Surgery

Dr. Devinder S. Mangat is recognized by his peers as one of the top facial plastic surgeons in the United States. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1973 from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his internship year at the University of Iowa and a year of General Surgery back at the University of Kentucky. 

Dr. Mangat has Board Certification in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow of the AAFPRS and the American College of Surgeons.
