Library:

We have separate library database for all
the critical symbols and footprints that used in the design. We verify
datasheets and manufacturer part number for components used in the design and
assign the IPC7351 standard footprint to the design. We do Quality Checks for
the Footprints and used for the design.

PCB Design:

We handle highly complex PCB designs for
cutting-edge technologies spread across major Industry Broadcasting, Telecom,
Medical, Automotive, Industrial and consumer electronics. We use all types of
BGA packages in the Design.We work in quick Turnaround Time With more flexible
in working hours, with multiple resources. we have proper Quality Checks in the
regular intervals of the designing.

Integrity:

• We do Prelayout and Postlayout analysis/topologies as
  per the customers requirements and provide a separate report.


• PCB layer stackup Build up and Layer ordering


• PCB materials to be used based on SI results.

 Thermal
Analysis:

• Detailed
  reports indicating component and board temperature profiles with the
  proper snaps provided in the report.

 Process:

Inputs Required:

1. Inputs
   from the customer – Schematics, BOM (with manufacturer name and Part
   number), Mechanicals (board outline dimension, major component location
   etc), Layer Stackup if customers have.

 Our scope:

2. Creating
   footprints, mapping footprints to the schematics and importing netlist to
   the layout.


3. Board
   Mechanicals : DXF importing


4. Placement:
   placing major components as per the mechanicals or guidelines provided and
   placement of discrete components.


5. Constraints:
   set the constraints as per the stackup, grouping, assigning differential
   pairs.


6. Routing:
   Fan-out for all the components and routing.


7. Length
   matching: Length matching for all critical interfaces like DDR, PHY, USB
   etc.


8. Cleanup:
   cleanup for all the routed layers.


9. Post
   processing tasks: silk and assembly text alignments.


10. Fabrication
    Details update as per the stackup.


11. Final
    Checks and Release of final Gerber’s.


12. Prelayout
    and Post layout SI if required by the customer.
