Engineering: Zmastaa offer a multi disciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering
design service, we tailor our services to meet the needs of each client and we
strive to bring innovation, value and quality to a project.

People First Home: Zmastaa offer a comprehensive
People First Home which provides and manages temporary
accommodation for households presenting as homeless in partnership with Odopa
Social Services. 

Architecture: Zmastaa work with professional chartered Architects based in Ghana. We
offer an architect led multidisciplinary building design service integrating
architecture and building engineering, and specialising in high quality eco friendly
new build and alterations with eco friendly environmentally conscious design.

Zmastaa specializes
in the provision of custom built properties across Ghana. This service is open
to individuals and organizations that have their own plot(s) of land or those
without plot(s) but have in mind a particular area they wish to have their
properties built.

We also provide
services in sales and lettings, property management and interior design. However our
services can be broadly grouped into two, namely:

of our services begins with an initial consultation to clearly identify our
customers needs.  Since many real estate
clients do not have exact or specific requirements, we act as a consultant
early on to tailor our clients needs and identify a set of criteria that are
important to them. Sometimes, these are requirements that clients are not even
aware of in the beginning.  From there,
we are able to proactively present solutions on an ongoing basis, knowing we
have researched and investigated the right information at the right time, in
the beginning.
