Dear Sirs,

We are an international trading company located in Vancouver, British
Columbia, CANADA.

Please see our introduction and our way of doing business below.

We are interested in purchasing the following items:

1/ Steam / Thermal Coal

2/ Coking Coal (Coke)

3/ Iron Ore  Fe 50%  and higher (no upper limit)

4/ Urea N-46   both: prilled and
granular (both: bulk and in bags)

Please send us your SCO for all the above mentioned items one-by-one in
separate, attached files – for only those items that you are able to deliver on
the long run.

 Please also include:

-        your required
“standard trading/operational procedures” listing – if you have any prepared
already

-       an earlier SGS report for all items you offer (or at least a
chemical analysis report/listing) separately for each item

-       and of course: your offered price in US$/MT - if
possible  on CIF ASWP basis. (Worst case:
we can accept FOB prices, but then we have to come back to you for CFR or CIF
prices case by case)

-       we will add our commission to your prices and that will be
the final sale price.

A/ We deal ONLY in:

-        large quantity
import-export trasactions

-       We DO NOT accept any payment method other than 100%
irrevocable L/C (no prepayment, no T/T, no deposit, no advance payment in any
%, etc.)

-       We prefer contracts on a continuous supply basis for 12 month
with extension option open.

-       Occasionally we may have some interest in spot (one time/one
shipment) transactions, but that is very rare

-       We do not handle production overruns, left-overs, secondary
qualities, stock lots, etc.

-       We do NOT handle any transaction where any unsafe country
would be involved (i.e. Afganistan, Iraq, Lebanon etc.)

B/ We are an advisory company:

-       Our function is to find suppliers and buyers, then prepare
the terms of the transaction (administration) for the satisfaction for both
parties (coordination) and finally bring the two parties together.

-       For this purpose the BUYER is the one who opens the
L/C (not any traders, agents, etc.)

-       We never ask for any payment directly to us. All payments
will be performed between buyer and seller directly.

-       We never handle any money for either party.

-       We ask our commission be paid by the seller after each
partial shipment was made and the seller got his money from the bank against
the L/C.
