China Tianjin Baolai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., established in
June 2002, is a
comprehensive enterprise integrating industry
and trade. The company is an enterprise mainly based on production of
high-frequency straight-seam welded steel pipes, hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, operation of steel building
materials, and import and export trade.

The
company has eight pipe production lines, specializing in production
of various specifications and grades of high-frequency
straight-seam welded steel pipes with outer
diameter of 26.8mm-273mm and
wall thickness of 2.5mm-12.0mm; four hot dipping and
galvanizing lines, and two hanging
plating zinc production lines; it possesses deep processing capacity of large steel pipes,
and can undertake thermal expansion of steel
pipes with outside diameter of 325mm-630mm. The
products implement national standards GB/T9711.1, GB/T19830,
GB/T 3091, GB/T14291,
GB/T13793, GB/T6728, and YB/T4028, American standards API-5L,
API-5CT, ASTM A513,
ASTM A53, and ASTM A252, EU standards
EN 10217-1, EN10217-2,
and EN10219-1, Japanese standards JIS G3452
and JIS G3444, British
standards BS1387 and BSEN39, and
German standards DIN10255, DIN2440, and DIN2444 etc.

The products are widely used as transporting
pipes for petroleum, petrochemical and
natural gas pipelines, oil and gas field oil wells casing
pipes, water and gas transportation pipes,
belt conveyor roller pipes, underground mine air supply and drainage pipes,
deep well pump supporting pipes, construction scaffolding pipes, and mechanical structure pipes. The annual output is 600,000
tons. It has annual production capacity of 300,000 tons
of hot-dip galvanized welded pipes.

The company has obtained American Petroleum Institute’s API-5L, API-5CT monogram certifications,
ISO 9001 quality
management system certification and
ISO14001 environmental management system certification, EU PED
certification [passed EU market
access condition PED (EU
Pressure Equipment Directive) and
AD2000-WO (German technical
specifications of pressure vessel)
product safety certification], and Singapore
FPC (cold-formed hollow
section steel factory production control) certification.

The company has obtained “Special Equipment
Manufacturing License (Pressure Pipe)” issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine.

It is identified
as "Municipal
Enterprise Technology Center” in 2009.

The company has self-operated export right, with a
large number of products have been exported
to 21 countries, and has
won wide acclaim from users.
