Company Description
Kaskad Energoneft Ltd. was founded in 1999 by combining several of the Soviet oil and gas producers operating in the North-West of Russia. Today, Cascade has 12 oil and gas fields and units, including the largest, the Vyborg field, responsible for over 70% of the total Company's production.
We focused mainly on exploration and production of oil, condensate and natural gas, but it also participates in the implementation of the gas injection project and explore other options for gas utilization.
Kaskad Energoneft Inc. is a subsidiary of Cascade Agro Ltd, which in turn has a minority interest in 10.15% of Gazprom Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Cascade Energoneft Inc. has two successful joint ventures with Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation
All of the holding, operating and license holding companies are registered and pay taxes in the St petersburg region.
